SOFTWARE. USER'S

USE OF THIS SOFTWARE IS CONDITIONED UPON COMPLIANCE BY USER WITH THE TERMS

OF THIS

AGREEMENT.

LICENSE GRANT

Silver Eagle Software grants you the following rights:

Applications Software. You may install and use this SOFTWARE on any

computer.

"You" means the company, entity or individual whose funds are used to pay

the

license fee. "Use" means storing, loading, installing, executing or

displaying the

SOFTWARE. The primary user of the computer on which the SOFTWARE is

installed may make

a second copy for his or her exclusive use on a portable computer.

Storage/Network Use. You may also store or install a copy of the SOFTWARE

on a storage

device, such as a network server, used only to install or run the SOFTWARE

on your other

computers over an internal network; however, you must acquire and dedicate

a license for

each separate computer on which the SOFTWARE is installed or run from the

storage device.

A license for the SOFTWARE may not be shared or used concurrently on

different computers.

OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS

Software Transfer. This license can be copy and install on any computer

freely.

However, it can not be used for any business purpose with any company,

entity, or individual.

Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, Silver Eagle Software

may terminate this

license if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this

license. In such

event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE and all of its

component parts.

OWNERSHIP

The SOFTWARE is owned and copyrighted by Silver Eagle Software, Inc. and

exclusively

distributed by Silver Eagle Software, Inc. Your license confers no title

or ownership

in the SOFTWARE and should not be construed as a sale of any right in the

SOFTWARE.

DISTRIBUTION

You may distribute copies of the evaluation version (i.e. Trial Version)

of this product.

You may assume you have our authority to distribute the evaluation, unless

we explicitly

tell you otherwise. It must, however remain in its original, unmodified

state, and all

its constituent files must be included. No-one may charge for the

evaluation product

itself, although a reasonable fee for the media used and copying costs is

allowable.

You may not distribute copies of the licensed version of this product. A

licensed copy

is defined as one which has been unlocked with a registered name and

serial number.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT

WARRANTIES AS TO

SOFTWARE" may be

Good data processing procedure and common sense dictate that any program

Time Saver

I had to replace all my old Cubase VST icons, hundreds of them, which had mysteriously disappeared and
been replaced by exe icons,this programme did the job in minutes,without it it would have taken hours.

Icon Changer

Just what I was looking for. Simple but I did have some problems entering the new icon. I make my own icons so folder is readily identifiable, faster to pick right folder. Saves time wasted opening wrong folders.

Icon Views Too Small

I thought the program has great potential but I did not like the very small icon views. As i use a high resolution screen it was was very hard to select the icon I wanted as they were so small.

Good Tool

Easy to use and works fine. I'd recommend it to anyone who likes to personalize their desktop and folders.
